1. Service. Shkelik is an information service that compares grocery and pharmacy prices in Israeli chains. It does not sell goods and takes no orders. The service is free; features that extend the app may be paid. Use is allowed from age 16.
2. Data source. Prices and promotions come from files that the chains publish under the Food Sector Competition Promotion Law, 2014. They are processed automatically, updated several times a day and may be inaccurate, outdated or incomplete. Product matching, per-unit prices and Russian/English product names are automatic and may contain errors. The price on the shelf and on the product always prevails. A listed product may be out of stock.
3. No affiliation. We are not affiliated with the chains. Their names and logos belong to their owners and identify the data source only.
4. Liability. The information is general and is not an offer or advice. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damage or for a difference between the displayed and the store price. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your rights under consumer and privacy laws.
5. Acceptable use. Do not scrape or resell the data, bypass limits or security, disrupt the service or access other users' data.
6. As is. The service is provided as is; features may change or stop.
7. Account and notifications. Sign-in by e-mail is optional. Price alerts are sent only if you enable them; they are not a price guarantee. You can delete your account at any time, see account deletion.
8. Privacy. See the Privacy Policy. Your acceptance (terms version and time) is stored on your device.
9. Changes. A material change requires your acceptance again in the app.
10. Law. Israeli law applies. The Hebrew text prevails over translations.
